At Lotus Point Wellness, we believe that it’s important to offer educational well-being workshops aimed at overall health and wellness. Our workshops vary but all focus on topics of interest regarding mental health issues, nutritional information and/or yoga and mindfulness oriented topics.

Our overall mission to provide interesting and integrative approaches to support the community in developing healthy and balanced lifestyles.

Most of our well-being workshops include a yoga component and our Wellspring Mini-Retreats will always include a yoga offering.
