Christine holds a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching with a Nutrition concentration, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, and is National Board Certified to practice as a Coach through the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaching. Her Bachelor’s Degree is from the University of Maryland, College Park where she majored in Studio Art.
She works with her clients in a collaborative manner, helping each individual find their own strengths and move them toward a sustainable health behavior change. She has worked with a range of age groups on health behaviors involving diet management, weight management, self-care, stress management, and a variety of other health and wellbeing goals.
Christine grew up in Rockville, Maryland and now resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband and four wonderful cats. She is passionate about healthy lifestyles and animal advocacy. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter, specifically helping neonatal kittens. She was inspired to become a Coach when she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease as a teenager and had to relearn how to manage her own diet and general health routines, and wants to be a support for those going through a similar lifestyle change.
