Dana Svejda, RYT200
Dana has been a Physical Education teacher for over 20 years. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, and trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). Her love of movement led her to pursue her yoga certification. She received her 200-hour training at Thrive Yoga. She believes in the importance of balance in life and self-care, and enjoys helping others find this in themselves. Dana’s teaching style is easy-going and compassionate. She encourages students to be present, acknowledge, and honor where they are. By cultivating a safe and nurturing environment, Dana believes that the healing aspect of yoga can be made manifest.
