Rasha loves yoga because it’s all-welcoming. She believes yoga is the calm when mind, body and breath are in sync and that it can be found! Her classes focus on proper alignment and finding ease. She received her yoga training from Sky House Yoga and is deeply grateful to her teachers and students for a continuous learning experience. Off the mat, she enjoys trying new recipes, dabbling with lifting and a good mystery novel.
